Sales Conference

During the merger of ING and Postbank, the ING Bank is in a transit phase. The Sales Conference is a business meeting in order that employees become involved in this change process.

Concept

The Sales Conference has the 'Destination ING' theme. The transit phase is translated quite literally. The suitcases are packed and we're ready for departure. We've not yet reached our ING destination, but we are waiting in full expectation to fly there.

Realisation

All guests check in via internet. A printed boarding pass is the entrance ticket to the Sales Conference. This is held in a large area, which looks suspiciously similar to the transit area at Schiphol airport. Beau van Erven Dorens talks the guests through the current state of affairs. The conference is rounded off with a walking dinner and a performance by Jeroen van de Boom with a live band and DJ Tiësto.
