Management Meetings

In Management Meetings, the 1st to 3rd echelons are brought up to date on the status of the change process within the bank in general and for ING Retail in particular.

Concept

From the kick-off up to and including the actual introduction of the new bank, two years later, we have developed and organised Management Meetings at inspiring locations.

Realisation

In each meeting, the management presents the situation of the bank. The group is then divided into workshops. Managers are provided with the tools required to involve their employees in the process. After each meeting, there is the ING Retail Café, for an informal chat. And so everyone stays involved.
