ING Bank rewards its best salespersons with a unique trip. The underlying theory is that they, as well motivated ambassadors, will promote the new sales culture of the ING Bank.
Concept
Getting to know each other better and getting to know more from each other. That is the essence of the incentive programme.
Realisation
During a number of trips, the group experiences things they will never forget. From a workout with 80 colleagues in Central Park to a sing-along with a gospel choir in Harlem. From one big Tai Chi lesson on a deserted rocky plateau to a lunch on the Chinese Wall. Each and every trip is an adventure which will be talked about for a very long time. Between colleagues too!
